Sohail Ahmed to play key role in Indian-Punjabi film alongside Diljit Dosanjh
Pakistan’s veteran actor and comedy king Sohail Ahmed to star in the upcoming Indian-Punjabi film ‘Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne’ also featuring popular Indian actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh.
Fans from across borders who wish to see Pakistani and Indian artists working together and overcoming barriers to collaborative endeavours were ecstatic by the news. The film is based on the comedy genre and one of the lead roles will be played by the Hasb-e-Haal artist.
The Lover singer and some of his friends are seen discussing various ways to get money at the beginning of the trailer. Later, he considers adopting a father and receiving financial assistance from an insurance policy. Working at an old age home, Sargun Mehta joins Dosanjh’s scheme by revealing the health details of her patients.
Taking to Twitter, Dosanjh took to Twitter and announced that the film will be released on October 5.
Diljit Dosanjh and Sargun Mehta will co-star in the key parts of Amarjit Singh Saron’s Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne for the first time. According to reports, the movie was filmed in the USA.
