Snow in Azad Kashmir puts a stop to relief work
Rain and snow on Wednesday hit Azad Kashmir for the second day.
It rained in the urban areas, snowing in the mountainous regions. Relief operation in areas where it was snowing has been stopped.
Work has also been suspended to reopen roads closed because of the snow. Electric and telephone lines are also down because of the storm. Last week avalanches struck the valley, which resulted in dozens of deaths.
Relief work was still under way but due to the heavy snowfall it had to be halted.
