Sindh government has allowed to resume on campus classes from 6th to 8th grades.
The decision was taken in a meeting of Corona Task Force chaired by Chief Minister, Syed Murad Ali Shah in Karachi.
Later, the announcement was made by Sindh Minister for Education Saeed Ghani.
According to Saeed Ghani, the decision has been taken as the situation is improved, the positivity ratio has been lowered down.
On campus classes of class fifth to begin from Monday, the classes will run with 50 percent attendance under the SOPs.
Earlier, the Sindh government announced to resumes classes of nine and above from June 7.
The announcement came after the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) allowed the reopening of all educational institutes in districts with a low positivity ratio of Covid-19 cases from June 7 (Monday).
