Sindh govt to provide anti-rabies vaccine for stray dogs

The Sindh government has decided to provide anti-rabies vaccine  (ARV) for street dogs following the rising number of cases of dog bites across the province.

The Organization of ARVs to Street Dogs will dispense the vaccines to contain canine rabies other than halting the spread of the sickness by canine bite or scratch.

The authorities have asked residents to report about the presence of stray dogs in their zones.

The dogs will be inoculated as per the global principles characterized for the vaccination of canines.
