Sindh govt implements new corona SOPs in the province
In view of the increasing number of corona cases in Sindh, business centers have been allowed to remain open from 6 am to 6 pm from today, while government and private offices have been ordered to have 50 per cent less staff.
In Sindh, a notification has been issued of new precautionary measures against Corona, according to which half of the employees in the offices will work from home under rotation, while it has been decided to close cinemas, shrines and gyms.
The government announcement also bans indoor weddings, while the ceremony in wedding halls must end at 9pm and only 200 guests will be allowed, in addition to a ban on buffet systems, catering to guests. Must be delivered in packets.
On the other hand, a notification has been issued to reduce attendance in Punjab offices by 50%.
It is to be noted that due to the alarming increase in cases during the second wave of Corona in the country, the government has also announced closure of educational institutions across the country from November 26 to January 10.
