Shoaib Akhtar says PM is with him on the matter of PTV and Dr. Nauman Niaz

Rawalpindi Express during an interview to a private television channel mentioned that he has the backing of Prime Minister Imran Khan along with all the PTI members on the matter of PTV about the scuffle with Dr. Nauman Niaz.
The fastest bowler in the world said that everyone including government and showbiz people are angry over the fact how the national icon was insulted during an on-air show.
Shoaib Akhtar was sent a recovery notice of Rs 100 million by Pakistan Television Network (PTV) as he resigned live on the national tv post-match analysis show without serving the notice period.
To reply to the notice, the speedster took to Twitter to share his response with his fans. He announced that he will fight the legal battle as he wrote “Utterly Disappointed. After miserably failing to safeguard my respect & repute while I was working for PTV, they have now sent me a Recovery Notice. I am a fighter & will not give up & fight this legal battle. My lawyer @SalmanKNiazi1 will take this forward according to law.”
Earlier, Dr. Nauman Niaz rudely told Shoaib Akhtar to leave the show while it was on-aired and watched by millions. Later on, PTV formed an investigation committee to give reports about the incident. Both, Dr. Nauman Niaz and Shoaib Akhtar were stopped to come live on the show of PTV until the investigation concludes.
Few days later, Dr. Nauman Niaz issued an apology to Shoaib Akhtar and mentioned that whatever happened should not have happened during the live show.
