Shaan Shahid shares his views on rising divorce rates in industry
Famous Pakistani actor Shaan Shahid believes that the root cause of the rising divorce rates in the industry is that people love the idea of being loved but don’t want to grow together.
Recently, Shaan appeared for an interview at Fushcia Magazine and shared his views on why marriages don’t last in these times and what should couples do to work out their relationships.
He was questioned about how people should handle the difficulties of relationships as well as his opinions on the recent rise in divorces in the entertainment industry.
The host of the program Rabia asked how does Shaan feel about people losing trust in the institution of marriage?
To which he replied that nowadays people fall in love with the idea of being loved without thinking that their choices have repercussions.
He added that ‘affection’ between couples eventually dies down, so the partners need to have compatibility, understanding, support, and trust to carry out their relationship further.
While talking about the rising complications in today’s relationships, Shaan said that he has also written a script “Chup” related to this issue, which states that if you’re unhappy in a relationship, the two individuals must separate their ways.
