 Seven children killed after drowning into Indus River

THATTA: Seven children were killed after drowning into Indus River near Jhirak area in Thatta district on Friday. Dead bodies of six kids were recovered, while hunt for the other one was still on.

According to the details, the residents of the area on self-help-basis retrieved the bodies, which included two girls.

Hospital sources said those who were drowned belonged to Daim Marri village. Their bodies were shifted to Rural Health Centre Jhirak for autopsy.
