Security forces foil ‘major’ terror plan in Bajaur
Security forces conducted an operation and succeeded in averting a ‘major’ terror incident in Charmang, Bajaur near Pak-Afghan border.
Hundreds of kilograms of explosives including IEDs and other weapons were recovered during the operation. According to security officials, the explosives were being secretly transferred through Pak-Afghan border.
The recovered arms were to be used against security forces in Bajaur Agency upon the instructions of Indian agency (RAW), what was described by the officials as a ‘major and destructive terror plan’.
The operation was conducted in accordance with the information provided by secret agencies.
