Security Agencies inform on plot to assassinate PM Imran Khan: Fawad Chaudhry
Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry has said that security agencies have reported that a plot to assassinate Prime Minister Imran Khan has been hatched.
In a statement issued on social media, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry informed about the security of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Information Minister Fawad Chaudhary has informed in a tweet that security agencies have reported a plot to assassinate Prime Minister Imran Khan, further adding that following these reports, the security of the Prime Minister has been beefed up as per the government decision.
Earlier, two days ago, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Faisal Vawda had also claimed that the life of Prime Minister Imran Khan was in danger and his assassination was being planned.
The National Assembly session has been adjourned till April 3 to vote on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan by the opposition.
