Indian tennis champion Sania Mirza has dropped 26 kilos in weight in the span of four months.
With her impressive weight loss, fans and followers have looked towards her for fitness inspiration. The tennis star took to Instagram to share two photos of her before and after weight loss journey.
The player wrote, “89 kilos vs 63 we all have goals.. everyday goals and long term goals .. take pride in each one do those..
Mirza could not take part in competitive game for more than two years owing to an injury in 2017, and then a pregnancy break. She looks up to Serena Williams and Victoria Azarenka who continued playing even after childbirth. It proved to be a victorious comeback for Mirza as she won double titles at Hobart with Nadiia Kichenok.
The tennis champion worked hard for the comeback, as is evident from her amazing weight loss.
She went on to say “to get back to being healthy and fit after having a baby .. feels like such a long way.to come back and regain fitness and being able to compete at the highest level again ..”
Sania also encouraged her fans for follow their dreams. She wrote, “Follow your dreams. No matter how many ppl tell you , you can’t cause God knows how many of those we have around is.”
