 Salt Bae receives online backlash over a hefty bill

Netizens strongly criticised the Turkish chef, Nusret Gokce or famously known as Salt Bae when he shared a picture of his restaurant bill with insanely high prices.

Taking to Instagram, Nusrat uploaded a picture of a bill of over 0.6 million Dirhams (Rs3,71,96,979) at Nusr-et Steakhouse Abu Dhabi.

He wrote, “Quality is never expensive”.

Soon after the post goes viral, internet users flooded the comment section of his post and criticized the exorbitant prices for average food.

Some users also pointed out the poverty problem across the world and wrote, “This is lame, that amount of money will help a whole village from dying. This is horrible”.
