Saboor Aly talks about getting “whitening injections”
During an interview, Saboor Aly cleared the air by revealing the truth about getting whitening injections and said it was “vitamin drips”.
Earlier this year, Saboor shared a picture with her husband Ali Ansari that showed the couple in a clinic and the drip was suspected to be a whitening cocktail that is used to enhance skin colour.
As the picture went viral, the Parizad actress and her husband were trolled for getting a whitening treatment.
Recently, Saboor Aly appeared on The Talk Talk Show and opened up about the viral picture.
She said, “These were not whitening injections they were vitamins. We work a lot and our skin got tan, so we take this”.
“Apart from it if we were taking those whitening injections. So surely I will appear in some prominent channels in prominent roles”, Saboor concluded.
Saboor Aly further said that there was a time, the directors used to emphasize putting up an ivory foundation on every actress to make her look white which has now changed.
She stated that she doesn’t know if the trend has changed but now she’s in a position where she no longer endorsed such things and says no to them.
