Russian forces personnel arrive in Pakistan for joint exercise

RAWALPINDI: Russian Federation Special Forces’ contingent on Thursday arrived in Pakistan for two weeks long joint exercise, DRUZHBA 5.

Media wing of armed forces, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the exercise was aimed at sharing both armies’ experiences in counter terrorism domain.

“Sky diving and hostage rescue operations will be highlights of exercise DRUZHBA,” said the ISPR.

Temperature of Russian forces’ personnel were checked for coronavirus as soon as they stepped out of the planes.
