Rising cases of corona across the country, NCOC enforced new sanctions

ISLAMABAD: While the global epidemic has once again wreaked havoc and fear all over the world, the number of cases of coronavirus in Pakistan is also on the rise.
In view of the growing number of cases in Pakistan, the NCOC has imposed new restrictions that would allow only fully vaccinated persons to enter mosques, with a distance of 6 feet between worshipers.
A statement issued by the NCOC said that wearing masks in mosques, markets and public places was being made mandatory. The current situation of Covid-19 across the country was also reviewed in NCOC meeting.
The death toll began to rise day by day, and in a single day, record cases of Corona came to light in Pakistan.
According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), in the last 24 hours, 23 more patients lost their lives fighting corona in one day, bringing the death toll to 29,065.
According to the report issued by NCOC, 59,343 corona tests were performed and 7,678 new cases were reported across the country. The corona positive case rate was 12.93%, bringing the total number of corona cases nationwide to 1,353,479.
