Rescue 1122 buys new all-terrain vehicle to overcome mountain fires

PESHAWAR: Punjab Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has decided to buy new all-terrain vehicle to overcome mountain fires, as said by Director General of Rescue 1122.

According to the Director General, the car has a capacity of 500 liters of water. All terrain vehicles will have 75-foot two-length pipes. The car will also have two cylinders for DCP and carbon dioxide.

Foam will also be available for use in extinguishing the fire. These vehicles will be transported to Pakistan very soon.

Forest fires caught in the mountains will be timely controlled using the vehicles.
