Remembering Qazi Wajid on his third death anniversary

The veteran actor, Qazi Wajid is being remembered on his third death anniversary on Thursday (today).

He was being treated for cardiac disease when he passed away on 11 February, 2018.

Qazi Wajid was Born in Gwalior state, on 26 May, 1930. His family including his four siblings moved to Pakistan after the partition in 1947.

Some of his most renowned works include Pakistan Television (PTV)’s classics such as Dhoop Kinaray, Khuda Ki Basti and Tanhaiya.

He was conferred upon with Pride of Performance award as an acknowledgement for his contributions in the entertainment field.
