Rawalpindi police lodges FIR against 4-year-old boy for ‘attacking people’

The Rawalpindi police on Wednesday registered a case against a four-year-old in the Naseerabad police station for allegedly “attacking a couple with bricks and stones”.

The case against the 4-year-old, Ahmed, was registered under the provisions of 337/A3 and was filed by a citizen named Ghulam Mustafa.

The police produced him in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Sohail Anjum for bail.

According to the First Information Report, the minor attacked the couple with bricks and stones.

The child’s lawyer said that the police had registered the case after allegedly taking bribe from the plaintiff.

“The sentence imposed on 4-year-old Ahmed is 10 years imprisonment,” said the lawyer

Child’s lawyer further demanded strict action against Rawalpindi SHO Naseerabad police station.

Later, the court ordered to remove the name of 4-year-old Ahmed from the case.
