Ramazan Recipe: Tandoori Aloo

Dialogue Pakistan has brought Tandoori Aloo recipe for you all. Easy to make and delicious to eat.
INGREDIENTS :
Potatoes – half Kg
Tandoori Masala – 2 tbsp
Cheddar Cheese – 4 tbsp grated
Coriander – 4 tbsp chopped
Green chilli – 4 chopped
Salt – as per required
oil – for frying
lemon – 2
METHOD :
Boil the potatoes and peel it off and cut it into small pieces.
Now take a bowl, put the boiled potatoes and mash it perfectly. Add Tandoori Masala, Chedder cheese, Corriander, Green Chillis and salt.
Mix it well and squeeze the two lemons in it and mix it again.
Take a frying a pan, add oil and heat it. Now add the mashed Potatoes mixture in it, Fry it for 10 – 15 mins and turn off the stove.
Tandoori Aloo is ready to serve hot !
