Dialogue Pakistan has brought Shahi Tukrey recipe for you all to spread sweetness in Ramazan.
Milk – 1/2 kg
bread slices – 12
Sugar – 2 cup
Saffron – as per required
yellow food colour – 2-3 pinch
Khoya – 250 gm
Edible silver leaf
Take a utensil, add milk , saffron, yellow food colour, khoya and cook it on medium flame for 15-20 mins.
Cut the sides of bread, and further cut it in triangular shape. Now heat oil and fry the breads.
Now, spread a layer of the cooked milk, spread bread and then again pour milk over it.
Garnish the bread with Almonds and Pistachio and place a silver leaf on the top.
Saccharine Shahi Tukrey is ready to serve hot!
