Ramazan Recipe : Khubani Chutney
Dialogue Pakistan has brought ‘Khubani ki Chutney’ recipe for you all. Easy to make, delicious to eat.
Apricot – 250 grams
Salt – as per required
Red chilli powder – half tbsp
While cumin – half tbsp
Tamarind paste – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 1
White sesame seeds – half tbsp
Water – half cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Soak apricot overnight , take a frying pan, add oil and whole cumin. Sauté it.
Add apricots without seeds, tamarind juice and leave it for 5 minutes.
Now add orange juice, sugar and water.
Cook it for atleast 20 mins .
Sweet n Sour Khubani Chutney is ready to serve as a dip !
