Boneless Chicken – 12 Kg
Ginger/Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Kachri powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala – as per required
Salt – as per required
Yougurt – 1/2 cup
Salad Leaves – 2 or 3
White cumin – 1tbsp
Marinate chicken with kachri powder, Gram masala, gram flour, Kasuri methi,
Now, take coriander, green chillis and white cumin and blend it until it becomes a thick paste.
Add this paste into the chicken and leave it for 30 – 40 mins.
Now, take sticks , put chickens in it and give coal smoke.
Bake it in oven or grill it.
Haryali Chicken is ready to serve with tamarind chutney!
