Dialogue Pakistan has brought Chicken Samosa recipe for you all. Easy to make and delicious to eat.
Chicken qeema – half kg
Red chilli powder – 2 tbs
Black pepper – 2 tbs
Garam Masala – half tsp
Salt as per required
Oil as per required
Maida – 2 cup
Ghee – 6 tbs
Water as per required
First heat oil, add chicken qeema, add all mentioned spices. Saute it for 5 mins and add a cup of water. Cook it for 15 – 20 mins.
Secondly, Take a bowl, add maida,ghee, salt and water (as per required) . Knead it until its soft. Make small balls from the dough and roll it through roti roller.
Put the chicken qeema masala in the middle and fold it up in a ‘ D’ shape.
Press the sides so that it doesn’t open while frying. Now, take a fry pan, heat oil and then fry the samosa till it becomes light brown.
Chicken Samosa are ready , enjoy it with different chutnis!
