Minced chicken – 1/2 kg
Bread slices – 12
Yogurt – 4-5 tbsp
Cornflour – 5 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green chillis – 4
Onion – 1 chopped
Take breads, cut it’s sides and grind the sides to make bread crumbs.
Now, add onion, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, cilantro and green chilli in minced chicken.
Mix it well.
Take a bowl, add cornflour and yogurt, stir it till it becomes a thick paste.
Take two bread slices, put the chicken masla between the slices and thoroughly press the sides.
Dip it in the paste and then cover it with crumbs.
Heat oil and fry the bread until golden brown.
