Chicken boneless cubes – 1/2 kg
Salt – as per required
black pepper – 1 tbsp
Paprika powder – 1 tbsp
Mustard paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli Garlic sauce – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cornflour – 6 tbsp
All purpose flour – 6 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup
Take boneless chicken, add black pepper, salt, Paprika powder, mustard paste , chilli garlic sauce, garlic paste.
Mix it well and marinate it for 45 mins.
To make the coating mixture, take a bowl, add cornflour and whole purpose flour. Add black pepper, salt, paprika and milk.
Mix until it becomes a thick paste .
Now, heat oil, dip chicken cube in the coating mixture and fry it until golden brown.
