Dialogue Pakistan has brought Chicken Fingers recipe to tide you over, not just for Ramzan, but also for year-round nibbles.
Chicken breast – 2
Salt – as per required
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Mustard powder – 1 tsp
Eggs – 2
Cornflour – 5 tbsp
Firstly, beat two eggs and then add cornflour. Mix it well that it turns into a thick paste.
Now, take the chicken breast pieces, cut it into long and a bit thinner.
Add all the spices, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder and mustard powder.
Marinate it and leave it for 45 minutes.
Heat oil, dip the chicken pieces one by one into the paste then cover it with bread crumbs and fry it till light brown.
Chicken Fingers are ready to enjoy with with different sauces !
