Onion – 1 thinly sliced
Green Chillis – 2
Coriander – 4 tbsp
Boiled Potatoes – 2
Chickpea – 250 gm
Roasted peanuts – 1/2 cup
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Mango Chutney – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Whole spice powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per required
Take a bowl, add onions, coriander leaves, green chillis.
Now add whole spices powder, red chilli powder, salt.
Mix it well.
Divide the chickpeas into three plates and add layers of mango chutney, Yogurt.
Sprinkle Roasted peanuts and Chaat masala. You may add papri as well.
Chana Chaat is ready to serve in Iftaar !
