Dialogue Pakistan has brought Chaat Papri recipe for you all to make your Ramazan full of taste.
All purpose flour – 1 cup
Samolina – 2 tbs
Yogurt – half cup
boiled Kabuli Chana – 2 cups
Boiled potatoes – 2 cut in cubes
Salt – as per required
Baking Powder – 2 pinch
Chaat Masala – half table spoon
Take a bowl, add flour and Semolina. knead it through using as per required water.
Make small portion of the dough in round shapes, Now roll it by a roti roller .
Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the rolled dough until golden brown to use it as ‘Papri’.
Now take a bowl again and add Kabuli chana, boiled potatoes, baking powder, salt and chaat masala.
Mix it well.
Spread Papri, top it with chana masala and layers of tamarind chutney, mint chutney and yogurt.
Sprinkle salt and chaat masala.
Chaat Papri is ready to satisfy the chat-pati cravings during Iftar.
