ISLAMABAD: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee has scheduled a meeting for 13th April in regard to Ramadan moon sighting.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony released a notification which reads “the moon sighting committee’s chairman Maulana Abdul Khabeer Azad will chair the meeting in Peshawar”.
Moreover, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri, the Minister for Religious Affairs announced on Monday, that all mosques shall remain opened in the holy month of Ramazan.
Earlier, In Pakistan, the holy month was started on April 25, 2020. The central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee was assigned the task to sight the Ramadan moon.
