Qatar Airways flight QR579 emergency landed at Karachi Airport
Flight from Delhi to Doha made an emergency landing at Karachi Airport.
Aviation sources said that Qatar Airways flight QR579 was near Karachi when it malfunctioned and the plane gave fire indication.
According to aviation sources, smog also filled the cabin of the aircraft due to which 150 Airbus aircraft had to make an emergency landing at Karachi Airport.
Sources said that at the time of fire indication, the plane was at an altitude of 40,000 feet while due to the emergency landing of this plane, another flight of Qatar Airways coming from Doha to Karachi kept circling in the air.
In addition, Air Lanka Flight UL 183 also had to wait for landing in Karachi while the landing of flights arriving in Karachi was delayed due to emergency.
