Lahore Qalandars were two overs short of their target in the specified time after taking time allowances into account as well.

The Qalandars, if found guilty of another slow over-rate in the tournament, will be fined 20 per cent on each of their match fees and labelled as their second offence.

The charges were leveled by Ranmore Martinesz and Rashid Riaz (on-field umpires), Shozab Raza (third umpire), Nasir Hussain (fourth empire). Match referee Mohammad Anees has imposed the fines based on the sanctions for Minimum Over Rate offences.
