Putin apologizes to Israel for foreign minister’s Hitler remarks
Israel’s Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has apologized for remarks made by Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, who claimed Adolf Hitler may have had “Jewish blood”.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov quoted Ukrainian President Zelensky as saying that Hitler also had Jewish blood in his veins.
Sergei Lavrov said that the most ardent anti-Semites are usually Jews.
Now, President Putin has apologized to Israel for the Foreign Minister’s statement on Jews.
