ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Communication Shahbaz Gill on Thursday extended his support to the demand of citizens for construction of a state of the art public library in Moro city of Sindh.
“Political differences aside, I hope the Sindh government will take immediate action on this small wish of the people of Moro and build a library. If the Sindh government does not build it, then Insh Allah we will raise funds to build a library in Moro,” the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf leader wrote this with hashtag #MoroNeedsLibrary.
A large number of Twitterites have started demanding a library for Moro.
Not just Moro or Dadu are facing dearth of public libraries, but the city like Karachi is also suffering from acute shortage of a place where students could quench their thirst for knowledge. A library is a place where nations are built, therefore it was mandatory for the government to provide a modern library for every 50,000 people all over the country.
