PTI’s Faisal Zaman remanded into police custody in murder case

ABBOTTABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf member, Faisal Zaman has been remanded into police custody by an anti-terrorism court of Abbottabad.
Zaman was arrested from outside the court after the hearing in which the plea for pre-arrest bail was dismissed on Tuesday.
He has been accused of planning murder of Malik Tahir Iqbal, the deputy general secretary of PTI Hazara Division and Sardar Gulnaz.
Malik Tahir Iqbal was killed by unidentified persons in Kotera area on 13th September.
Moreover, the police raided Zaman’s house after a man alleged him in the court of involvement in the murder, on which the accused responded that he’s innocent.
