PTI Sindh submits resolution to ban engraving of Quranic verses on grave stones
PTI’s Sindh Assembly lawmaker, Raja Azhar has submitted a resolution in the provincial assembly to ban the engraving of Quranic verses on grave stones due to desecration of Holy verses.
PTI’s Raja Azhar has submitted a resolution in the Sindh Assembly which reads that, by engraving Quranic verses on grave stones, the verses are desecrated because animals do litter on graves, people walk on graves etc.
Raja Azhar has said in his resolution that a video of the Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah also went viral in this regard, in which the Sindh CM was also forced to walk over the graves due to floodwater.
