PTA bans PUBG game in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has temporarily banned PUBG game across the country.

According to a notification issued by the PTA, PUBG has been temporarily suspended, upon receiving requests from different segments of society including Sindh police.

The PTA said that the Lahore High Court had also directed to review the matters. The court will hear the case on Jul 10 against PUBG.

In the recent past, at least two people have committed suicide after failing to complete the tasks of the game.
