Madrid: People took to the streets to protest against the new coronavirus sanctions in the capital city of Spain.
According to the foreign news agency, citizens took to the streets in Barcelona to protest against the new restrictions imposed by the government.
Police used tear gas to disperse the demonstrators, while the protesters were throwing stones at police. 24 demonstrators were injured during the clashes, police arrested 12 protesters.
It should be noted that in view of the second wave of Corona virus, a curfew has been imposed in Spain from 10 pm to 6 am and violators will be fined 300 Euros.
It should be noted that the spread of corona virus is also increasing in Spain and so far more than 1.264 million people have been infected with corona virus in Spain and 35,878 people have lost their lives.
