Traffic police advised commuters to use alternate routes.
The protestors have said that they are trying to get their peaceful protest recorded but police are not allowing them to. However, police have said that they want the protestors to move to the service road instead of blocking the main Shahrah-e-Faisal road.
Media reports stated that protestors tried to stop the demolition process of the building.
As per the latest updates, traffic flow has gotten better as the protestors have moved on the service road and backside of the Nasla Tower.
A big number of police and rangers officers are present at the spot.
