Kashif Mirza, President, All Private Schools Association, announced the opening of private schools from August 15, 2020. “We are not demanding today, we will open the school,” he said.

Kashif Mirza announced the opening of private schools from August 15 at a press conference in Lahore on Tuesday. He said that schools would be opened under SOPs from August 15, 2020.

Kashif Mirza said that first senior classes will be called, later junior classes will be called, space will be kept for sitting in classes and there will be no rush.

Kashif Mirza clarified that if a private school is closed or arrested, our union will stand in front of it. The private school association will provide legal assistance to the sealed school. We will not accept this.

He raised the point that if the Punjab Education Minister considered the tweet as legal and asked for a 20% discount, then the parents did not pay the school fees. In this situation, how will we pay the salaries?

He also said that 1.5 million teachers should have been assisted by the government under the Ehsas program.
