ISLAMABAD: The Private schools association across Pakistan have announced two protests in Islamabad.
The Supreme Council of all Pakistan Schools and Colleges Association will stage a protest on April 8, However, all Private Schools Management and Association and the all Pakistan Private Schools Federation will hold a demonstration on 6 April.
Both the protests are scheduled to occur at Islamabad’s Shahra-e-Dastoor.
According to all Private Schools Management Association Sindh Chairperson, Haider Ali, the protesters are demanding to annul the decision of closing schools as online classes generate poor results.
Earlier, on Sunday, the Sindh Government announced that classes uptil 8th grade are suspended in all public and private sector schools from 6th till the 21st of April in light of the third wave of Covid 19. Online classes will continue as per normal.
