LAHORE: A court has sent Abid Malhi, the main accused in a motorway abuse case, to jail for an identity parade.
The Crime Intelligence Agency (CIA) Model Town team produced Abid Malhi, the main accused in the motorway abuse case, in a high-security court headed by SP CIA Asim Iftikhar.
Anti-terrorism court judge Arshad Hussain Bhatta heard the case in which the police presented a preliminary report of the case to the court.
After a brief hearing on the case, the court sent accused Abid Malhi to jail for 14 days for an identity parade.
Shafqat, another accused in the motorway abuse case, was also produced before the court, which granted him further physical remand till October 28.
It may be recalled that Abid, the main accused in the motorway abuse case, was arrested from Faisalabad yesterday
