Presidential reference against Justice Faez Isa was a mistake, Imran Khan
Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has admitted that filing a presidential reference against Justice Qazi Faez Isa was a mistake.
According to sources, Imran Khan admitted this in a meeting of Insaf Lawyers Forum. The meeting also discussed the legal action related to harassment of PTI social media activists.
Sources said, Imran Khan admitted that the persons concerned had given wrong guidance in the case of Justice Faez Isa.
Sources further reported that, Attorney General Khalid Javed told Imran Khan that Justice Faez Isa is an honest judge.
According to sources, Imran Khan said in the meeting that a faction in the judiciary was not happy with PTI for filing reference against Justice Faez Isa.
