Police use tear gas to disperse PTI activists at Batti Chowk Lahore

At Lahore’s Batti Chowk, the police resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse PTI workers when they removed barriers placed to block the routes.
The police have set up barricades at various places to stop the PTI workers in Lahore.
When the PTI members started removing the barricades at Bati Chowk area of GT Road, a clash broke out between the workers and the police and the police resorted tear gas to disperse PTI workers.
PTI workers wanted to remove obstacles and go to Ravi Bridge which has been closed by the administration with containers. However, the police stopped the workers about 100 meters before Ravi Bridge.
No arrests have been made so far in the clashes between police and PTI workers.
