 Police register FIR against four-month-old baby

CHINIOT: Police have filed an FIR against a four-month-old baby for making noisee, which violated the sound system act, in Chiniot.

According to the details, a few religious scholars were delivering speeches loudly, during an event held in Chiniot.

The police have registered a case against the scholars and other people, including a four-month-old baby under section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code.

The baby has been identified as Hasnain Shehzada.

On request, the police denied to remove the baby boy’s name. For this reason, Hasnain’s father has submitted papers in the court, for interim bail.
