 Police formulates security plan for Peshawar during Ramadan

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police have on Friday devised security plan for Peshawar during Ramada ul Mubarak.

CCPO Peshawar Muhammed Ali Gandapur said that three thousands personnel would be posted for security across the metropolis. 1,564 personnel would be posted for security of 782 mosques in the city. He said five baktar bund vehicles would remain alert at entry and exit points in the city.

30 special rider squads would remain on duty for 24 hour, the CCPO Peshawar said. Plain-clothed police officials would be posted at bazaars and ghalla markets, he said.
