 Police arrest two suspects involved in harassing girl in Karachi

KARACHI: Police on Tuesday arrested the two suspects involved in harassing a girl in Eesa Nagri area of Karachi.

Senior Superintendent Police East Sajid Sadozai said police arrested the suspects on complaint of the girl.

Through social media, Maha Malik, student of 10th grade, had appealed to the concerned authorities to protect her from the rogues who would harass her very often.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail took notice of the incident and directed the party MNA and MPA of the area to approach the girl and ensure her protection.

After that, Imran Ismail directed the Sindh police inspector general to investigate the incident and bring the culprits to justice. Following which, police took action under the supervision of Sajid Sadozai and arrested the suspects namely Anwer Zada alias Colonel and Younis Boneri.
