Lahore police have arrested two employees of the Lahore Expo Centre for selling coronavirus vaccines to Pakistanis travelling abroad.
According to the sources, Rehan and Shahzaib took Rs4,000 for administering AstraZeneca vaccines.
However, a FIR has been registered by the centre in-charge Rana Naveed against the employees.
Moreover, multiple complaints of vaccinations centres regarding the wastage of doses and fake inoculation certificates have been received by the Punjab government.
On Saturday, Health Minister Dr Yasmin Rashid formed a four-member committee to investigate corruption at immunisation centres across the province.
