PM Shehbaz announces Rs5 million for families of people died during PTI’s long march

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced financial assistance worth Rs5 million each for the families of four people who lost their lives during PTI’s Long March.
A notification issued by the PM’s Office said, “The prime minister, while expressing grief over the tragic deaths during the recent long march of a political party, has been pleased to announce financial assistance of Rs5 million each in favour of legal heirs of the deceased persons.”
It added that the deceased identified as Moazzam Gondal, Sadaf Naeem, Samir Nawaz and Hassan Baloch.
Moazzam Gondal, a resident of Bharoke Cheema, was hit by an alleged suspect’s bullet during the assassination attempt on Imran Khan in Wazirabad.
Sadaf Naeem, a resident of Achhra Lahore and a private TV channel reporter, was crushed to death during an accident in PTI’s Long March
Sameer Nawaz, a resident of Rahwali and Hasan Baloch, a resident of Lahori Gate, also lost their lives during the PTI’s long march.
The Prime Minister has also directed the authorities to immediately deliver financial assistance checks to the families of all the victims.
