PM Shahbaz Sharif unveils federal cabinet
ISLAMABAD: After the swearing in of the new federal cabinet, the portfolios of the ministers were handed over to them.
In the federal cabinet, PML-N leader Rana Sanaullah has been given the portfolio of Interior Minister and former Finance Minister Miftah Ismail has once again been given the ministry of finance while Maryam Aurangzeb has been given the ministry of information.
Besides, Ahsan Iqbal has been given the ministry of planning, Senator Azam Nazir Tarar ministry of law, Shahzain Bugti ministry of counter narcotics, JUI-F’s Mufti Abdul Shakoor ministry of religious affairs, Talha Mahmood ministry of travel and Maulana Asad Mahmood ministry of communications.
Tariq Bashir Cheema of PML-Q has been made Federal Minister for Food Security and Syed Aminul Haq of MQM has been given Federal Ministry of IT and Telecommunication.
