PM Shahbaz and allies to perform Umrah at their own expenses
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif will be leaving for Saudi Arabia on April 27 to perform Umrah and in this regard he invited the leaders of his allied parties to accompany him to Saudi Arabia at their own expenses.
Sources said that the invitation was extended to former president Asif Ali Zardari, Maryam Nawaz, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Aslam Bhootani and head of the National Democratic Movement (NDM) Mohsin Dawar.
However, some people may not be able to go for Umrah due to various reasons, but those who go for Umrah will pay their own expenses.
Sources said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has expressed his desire to accompany PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto on a visit to Saudi Arabia and join the delegation for Umrah.
According to sources, Bilawal Bhutto will probably go to Saudi Arabia as Pakistan’s foreign minister after taking oath as federal minister of Foreign affairs.
